1. Eligibility
We offer refunds on most unopened, unused products purchased directly through our website within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging, in resalable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Products marked “Final Sale” or “Seasonal”
- Opened or used items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@highlandmagicshop.com with your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
4. Returning Your Items
Pack items securely, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship to:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of approval, please contact your payment provider first. If still unresolved, email support@highlandmagicshop.com.
